Exercise To Music (ETM)

TBC (Total Body Conditioning)
This class focuses on strengthening and sculpting the body by using weights, tubing, resist-a-balls, and gliding disks. An effective way to increase your overall strength in a functional way! A great class for all ages and abilities.
An indoor cycling workout that focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Strong by Zumba
Moving in sync with music makes you work harder. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn.
