    "I started to exercise on a regular basis 8 -10months back, usually it was yoga and zumba only. I saw the improvement, but I never had that nice muscles and abs/or flat stomach, but I thought, I would gain it with the years. It was so dissapointing to hear that there won't be classes during the month of Ramadan in my previous gym, but my friends found MMA Fitness Center(discovery garden) near by and we decided to move there for a month only. I joined MMA on May 22nd 2018, since then my lifestyle changed. I started to attend different classes on a daily basis such as: Curcuit, TBC, Zumba and Yoga. After a week of a regular exercise, I noticed that my body started to transform. Especially, I want to highlight Circuit one hour class with coach Jay, it's very challenging, you feel exhausted in first 15min, but then you are gettting second breathe!! (Its a style of workout where you cycle through several exercises targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between). In one class can lose 750 calories and if doing circuit regularly, in three weeks can see big big difference in entire body (arms shape, abs, flat stomach, but have to make it at least twice a week. All MMA members and staff are very kind and helpful. I also adore Zumba class with Jaycee, he is one of the best instructors, with him I learn how to "move":)- dance nicely. Previously, I used to shy while dancing in the club/lounge, but after started to attend Zumba, I feel confident while dancing, very confident and free. Last thing I want to highlight is TBC training (total body conditioning). Welllll, its also a challenge))). Just try those classes I mentioned and you will see world around you is brighter!!! ♡ So in the beginning I said I came to MMA for a month only, but now I don't want to leave it, I love the environment, classes and the result!!!"

    "I started training here 2 months ago in my latest quest to get fit. I had previously trained via the old sports method (i.e., kick the ball around and just play), but I decided that I should get some professional help and professional help is what I got. There are personal trainers available at all times who are willing to offer help on your form or just general advice on how to progress through your routine. I have been working with a personal trainer and I think this is what I envisioned when I first thought about joining a gym. Jay has consistently been well prepared and clear about what we will be working on and how we are going to proceed. This is especially important for me as I had no experience lifting weights or working out with equipment.     "I've been suffering from insomnia caused by constant lower back pain, plus I've veen a bit overweight. Overeating because I couldn't sleep, then going back to work where I have to stand around 7 hours ( I am a beauty consultant), back pains - seemed to be a never ending loop.. Until a friend of mine took me to MMA fitness for a free trial session. There she introduced me to JC - a certified fitness trainer with a medical background. Within 3 months of training with him I've learnt the basics of working out. He was explaining me every exercise in detail, how to do it correctly, which muscle/part of the body it will affect, how to breathe properly, etc. He corrected my workout routine to make sure my lower back scoliosis won't worsen. Now my lower back pain is gone most of the time ( because I know what to do to stop it too), hence my sleep has improved. JC gave me a meal plan which helped me to reduce my weight - I have burned around 7 kg of fat within 3 months.
